Ingredients

A combination of pear Hardy, Abate Fetel, Pakams and Conference, with the addition of a second stream of Williams.

Distillation

Traditional method of distillation in the copper still, with previously cleaned fruit from heads and tails

Alcohol content

40% vol.

Packaging

Transparent glass bottle of 50ml

Serving

Serve at 10-12°C in tulip-shaped glasses
